So, you may be asking yourself, "Self... What exactly is the Party Pagoda?" Well, to answer that question, please follow me back a few years prior to the opening of the Party Pagoda. Way back in September of 1996, Chad and Spam (Justin) moved into their second floor door room in Steeb Hall on The Ohio State University. The move in day was Sunday, Sept. 22 (if I recall correctly). Chad and Spam were unpacked and the parent's were on their way back to Bellaire by evening. And as luck would have it, a few hours later, Chad and Spam were partaking in some down-home college binge drinking, thanks to good' ol Ruther's. (Where are you Ruther's? Please, come home!) Many things happened that night. The BHS Class of '96 OSU Crew joined forces - Chad, Justin, Jackie, and Emily. And soon, Justin was trying to hold in his vomit on Ruthers' neighbors' front stoop to no avail (puke-no-evil was born). But most of all, Chad and Justin got their first taste of what was to come in the next few years. However, the Party Pagoda wasn't erected until September of 1997 when Chad (nicknamed "Jick" by good 'ol Ruthers) and Justin (nicknamed "Juddy" by good 'ol Ruthers) moved into their semi-permanent domain/apartment at 292 East 15th Ave. in Columbus, Ohio. Behold, the Party Pagoda was born! And so now, a couple years later, the Party Pagoda is still rockin'...
